 Stealing honey from the bees. This is the first step in producing honey for the table. The nice clean white wax is stripped off the comb exposing cells of nectar that has been dried to the proper moisture content by the bees and processed into pure, raw honey. Then the frames will be placed in a centrifugal extractor and spun to sling the honey out to be collected for bottling after passing through a filter to remove the wax residue and any impurities from the hive.
